Ordering, Payment, Guarantee and Production Times:
All orders must be guaranteed by a $500 non-refundable deposit. This ensures a spot in the production schedule, at which point a date of completion will be given. Payment in full is due upon completion and before shipping. Shipping and handling fees will be charged to the customer. The customer will have a one week period in which to return the instrument, if it is not deemed satisfactory, for a full refund minus the deposit.
I guarantee my instruments against defects in craftsmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.
